Shadow Of Murder -Charity Blackstock

The radio play adaptation of Shadow of Murder by Charity Blackstock aired on April 24, 1965, as part of BBC’s Saturday-Night Theatre.
The story follows Andrew Mallory, an anthropologist who has just returned from the Pacific Islands. At a gathering, he overhears a conversation in an obscure island language, which is being used as a secret code. Soon after, a young girl named Seraphina is murdered for having heard it as well.
Mallory is drawn into a dangerous mystery involving espionage, refugee children, and hidden identities. As he investigates, he begins to suspect that Emmi, the woman he has fallen for, might be involved in the conspiracy. The tension builds as Mallory races to uncover the truth before more lives are lost.
